Welcome to Yaadle! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Yaadle, a social networking application designed to connect individuals. By accessing or using Yaadle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Yaadle.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Yaadle, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Have not been convicted of or pleaded no contest to any felony, sex offense, or violent crime.
- Have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.
- Understand and agree that Yaadle disclaims all liability for any outcomes or consequences arising from the use of its services.
2. Account Creation and Security

Prohibited Activities:

Yaadle reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity.
3. User Conduct
By using Yaadle, you agree not to:
- Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or violence.
- False, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Content promoting illegal activities.
- Engage in Harmful Behavior:
- Harass, stalk, intimidate, or harm other users.
- Engage in discrimination or hate speech.
- Attempt to exploit or abuse others (e.g., scams, extortion).
- Use bots, crawlers, or scraping tools.
- Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful software.
- Reverse-engineer or disrupt the app’s functionality.
Consequences: Violations of these Terms may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent bans. Serious breaches may be reported to law enforcement.
4. User-Generated Content (UGC)
Yaadle allows users to share content. By posting content, you agree:
- Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your content but grant Yaadle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content for app-related purposes.
- Responsibility for Content: You are solely responsible for the content you post and interactions with others.
- Reporting and Moderation: Yaadle reserves the right to remove or moderate content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
5. Safety and Interactions
Yaadle facilitates connections between users but cannot guarantee the safety or authenticity of interactions. You agree to:
- Exercise caution when interacting with others.
- Avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information.
- Report harmful or suspicious behavior using Yaadle’s reporting tools.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Yaadle offers premium features through in-app purchases. These are governed by the terms of the App Store or Google Play Store. By making a purchase, you agree to:
- Payments: Authorize recurring payments for subscriptions unless canceled.
- Refunds: All sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
- Cancellation: Manage cancellations through the App Store or Google Play Store settings.

- Boosted Profiles for increased visibility.
- Advanced filters and priority messaging.
7. Privacy Policy
Yaadle collects, uses, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Yaadle, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described, including:
- Data Collection: Registration data, activity logs, location data, and payment information.
- Data Sharing: Limited sharing with third-party vendors for payment processing, analytics, and legal compliance.
- User Rights: You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
8. App Guidelines and Compliance
Yaadle complies with the requirements of both Apple and Google, including:
- Age Restrictions: Users must be 18+.
- Content Moderation: Tools to report, block, and filter offensive content are in place.
- Payment Processing: All digital goods are sold through Apple’s and Google’s respective billing systems.
9. Intellectual Property
- Yaadle’s Rights: All rights to the app’s design, code, trademarks, and logos belong to Yaadle.
- User Restrictions: You may not copy, distribute, or use Yaadle’s intellectual property without written permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Yaadle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Yaadle disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Warranties that the app will operate without interruption or errors.
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of user content or matches.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- No Liability for Damages or Losses
Yaadle, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and partners shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of, relating to, or in any way connected with:
- Your use of or inability to use the Yaadle app or its services.
- Any actions or conduct of other users, whether online or offline.
- Any content or information made available through Yaadle.
- Technical issues, errors, bugs, or service interruptions.
- Complete Assumption of Risk
By using Yaadle, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You use the app and its services at your own risk.
- Yaadle provides a platform for connecting users but does not vet, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or safety of user content or interactions.
- You are solely responsible for all interactions, communications, and meetings with other users.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yaadle, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of Yaadle and its services.
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Any interactions or disputes with other users.
- Any violation of applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of Yaadle.
- Release of Claims
By using Yaadle, you irrevocably release Yaadle and its affiliates from any claims, demands, or damages (actual and consequential) arising out of or in any way related to your use of the app, your interactions with other users, or any disputes with other users.
12. Dispute Resolution
1. Mandatory Arbitration
All disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or Yaadle’s services will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will occur in the state of Georgia, USA, unless otherwise agreed upon, and will be conducted in English.
2. Class-Action Waiver
All claims must be brought individually. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in any class, collective, or representative action.
3. Informal Resolution
You must first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Yaadle at admin@yaadle.com. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, arbitration may proceed.
4. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

Yaadle reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Yaadle after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Commitment to Preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Yaadle is committed to maintaining a safe environment and strictly prohibits any activity related to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). By using Yaadle, you agree to the following standards:
Prohibited Activities:
- Posting, sharing, or engaging with content that involves child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
- Using the platform to groom or solicit minors for any illegal or inappropriate purposes.
Content Monitoring and Reporting:
- Yaadle actively monitors for content and activity related to CSAE and employs advanced tools and technologies to detect, block, and remove such materials.
- Any CSAE-related content or activity will be promptly reported to law enforcement authorities and relevant child protection organizations.
- Users are encouraged to report any suspected CSAE activity or content using Yaadle’s reporting tools or by contacting admin@yaadle.com.
Strict Enforcement:
- Accounts found engaging in CSAE-related activities will be permanently banned, and offending users will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Yaadle reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations to address CSAE.

- Yaadle provides resources and guidelines to educate users on identifying and reporting CSAE-related activities to help create a safer online environment.
