• Understand that Yaadle disclaims all liability for any outcomes or consequences arising from the use of its services

2. Account Creation and Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Prohibited actions include:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Impersonating other users or persons
• Sharing your account with others

Yaadle reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any illegal activity.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to post, share, or engage in the following:

• Nudity or explicit sexual content
• Hate speech, threats, or harassment
• False or misleading information
• Stalking or discrimination of any kind
• Scams, spam, or use of bots or malware

Violations of these Terms may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent bans.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You retain ownership of any content you post on Yaadle. However, by posting content, you grant Yaadle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content for app-related purposes.

Yaadle reserves the right to remove or moderate any content that violates these Terms.

5. Safety and Interactions

Yaadle facilitates connections between users but cannot guarantee the safety or authenticity of interactions. You should exercise caution and avoid sharing sensitive personal information with other users.

The company disclaims liability for any disputes, damages, or harm arising from user interactions.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Yaadle offers premium features including boosted profiles, unlimited swipes, and advanced filters through subscription plans.

• All sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your app store settings before the renewal date
• Payments are processed through Apple or Google depending on your platform

7. Privacy Policy

Yaadle collects registration data, activity logs, location information, and payment details to provide and improve our services. Limited sharing occurs with third-party vendors for processing, analytics, and legal compliance.

You can access, update, or delete your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. App Guidelines and Compliance

The Yaadle platform enforces:

• 18+ age restrictions for all users
• Content moderation tools and policies
• Payment processing through Apple and Google app store systems

9. Intellectual Property

All app design, code, trademarks, and logos are the intellectual property of Yaadle. You may not copy, distribute, or use Yaadle's intellectual property without prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Yaadle is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of matches or user-generated content

11. Limitation of Liability

Yaadle disclaims liability for damages arising from app use, user actions, content, or technical issues. You assume complete risk and acknowledge that the platform does not vet, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or safety of user content or interactions.

By using Yaadle, you irrevocably release Yaadle and its affiliates from any claims, demands, or damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from your use of Yaadle shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English in Georgia, USA.

• All claims must be brought individually — class-action rights are waived
• You must attempt informal resolution by emailing admin@yaadle.com at least 30 days before initiating arbitration
• Georgia law governs all disputes

13. Changes to Terms

Yaadle reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Yaadle after changes have been posted indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Commitment to Preventing Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Yaadle strictly prohibits:

• Posting, sharing, or engaging with child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Exploiting minors in any form
• Grooming activities targeting minors

Yaadle actively monitors for content and activity related to CSAE and employs advanced tools and technologies to detect, block, and remove such materials.

Accounts found engaging in CSAE-related activities will be permanently banned, and offending users will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Yaadle cooperates fully with law enforcement on all such matters.
